How do I check in to the home?
Thirty days prior to your arrival you will be sent the directions and a key code to the home. You may go directly to the home when you arrive in the Orlando area. If you wish you may come by our office if you need any assistance. We do also offer a brief orientation on the vacation home to the guest.

How close is the home to Walt Disney World?

The home is in a gated resort community designed for vacation use and are located about 10 minutes or 6-9 miles to Disney World property.

Are there restaurants and shopping close by?

Yes, grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants are located near by. You will also have a choice of restaurants that deliver to the home that now include the new French Le Crepe!

Do I need to clean the home?

No, You are our guest and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. There is a mop, vacuum, broom, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and dust pan in the home in case of a need to do a quick touch on your stay. If you would like a daily maid service please call our concierge staff for details.

Do I need to bring towels and linens to the home?

We provide you with the linens and towels. Each home has two sets of linens for each bed and ample towels. You may wish to bring beach towels if you are taking a day trip to the beach.

Is the home non-smoking?

Yes, the home is non-smoking. Guests are permitted to smoke on the patio area outside.

Do you allow pets?

We are sorry we do not permit pets of any kind in the home. If you need kennel information for your pets please call our concierge staff.

What do we need to do at check out time?

We just ask that you lock up the home and place the key back into the lock box at the home. Our staff will take care of the rest.

How do I call long distance from the home?

Many guest calls loved ones back home, if only to tell them how great the weather is down here. The phones have a long distance block on them. You may use any long distance calling card that has a toll free access number. The phones in the home have free locals and free speed dialing calls for information and food delivery. If you like you may purchase one hour of long distance anywhere in the United States for $19.00.

If I have a problem with the home what do I do?

We are always here to insure you have a wonderful stay with us. We have a toll free 24- hour emergency number to call us in the very rare event you need us right away. This is why more and more people are choosing to stay in a vacation rental home while in Orlando. They have the privacy and luxury of a home with the service and amenities of a resort.
